Membership and Casual Fees Please note Membership payments are non-refundable.
The membership year will run from 1st April 2024 - 31st March 2024 and memberships will be managed through Klubfunder.
All membership must be paid online with a credit/debit card. Memberships renewed during the year will pay a pro rata rate depending on the time of year they renew. Former Direct Debit members are asked to pay the annual fee, as Direct Debits have being phased out.
If you are no longer a member please advise us and we will remove you from the membership system and delete your information.
Members who do not have access to a computer can come into the track office and register on line.

CONDITIONS OF USE AND MEMBERSHIP
Casual Payments - can now be done in the track office using phones, Credit/Debit Cards, cash and on Klubfunder. New sanctions are being put in place for those who persistently refuse to pay.
Please review the Track Policies page of our website for the conditions of booking. PLEASE NOTE TRACK MEMBERSHIP IS NON REFUNDABLE.
All booking requests must be made with a booking form to confirm the booking. Bookings are not taken on the days before Championships and Internationals.
Bookings will be invoiced to the address supplied and must be paid within the credit term. Standard credit term is receipt of payment within 30 days of invoice date. Credit may be reviewed or revoked at the discretion of management. All competition, event organizers including schools, charities, corporates must supply an Event Plan, Risk Assessment and proof of Public Liability Insurance. Any events which in tend to use the Car Park areas must apply to Belfast City Council for approval at least 4 weeks in advance contact : LeisureO@BelfastCity.gov.uk
Use of the track is not permitted during Exclusive Track Bookings.

Function Room Hire (Les Jones Room)

Projector and screen available subject to availability £10 including vat. The staff kitchen is available for room hirers to use if they wish. Facilities include sink, microwave, 4-ring hob. Must bring own tea, coffee, etc. Please request at time of booking, subject to availability.
